Day 51
Just a clarification. If you eat two separate foods from the same category, this does count as a loss of two separate points. ;) Yes, I am a calling you out Matthew Baran.
Which of these benefits, or any other have you experienced towards the end of this 60 day challenge?

During the challenge I have felt like I've been able to burn off fat easier. I have also felt my energy be more stable throughout the day. My workout energy continues to improve, partly from eating well and partly from just getting more in shape I think. Mainly with workouts, I notice less soreness and less time to recover between workouts during the paleo challenge. Honestly, after the paleo challenge I doubt I'll change much of anything....just probably be able to be less of a social reject...for example, on someone's bday, I'll join in on having a lil piece of cake. lol Other than that, it's been going well and I'm glad I did the challenge. :)

Hahaha first of all thank you to my wife and Maggie for throwing me under the bus :)! however for the record despite my initial thought on the whole food category/point concept I did take off 2 points for that day :). I do appreciate you keeping me honest.

Doing this challenge has helped me cut out a lot of the processed vegan stuff I was eating previously. My diet is now mostly raw, unprocessed foods. I used to eat soy products at least once a day, and every morning I'd top up with my soy creamer... I think I've only had soy a handful of times throughout the last 50 days, so that was huge. I didn't have the weight come off like I had hoped, but I feel like I've learned a lot about clean eating through Tommy and reading books like Brendan Brazier's Thrive Foods.
