Day nine..feelin fine

Hope everyone's having a good day. Here's a pretty good recipe.

Baby Carrots..Num.
 Open up bag. Insert carrots into your mouth and enjoy.

*I know i suck..expect some videos and quality posts this weekend.

  5. OK - sweet potatoes are awful don't know how you can eat them, tried one again last night and bleck . . . so how do you carbo load paleo style? I really don't think eating alot of fruit the day before a race is a good idea . . .
    Anyway, 6 for today and 52 total

    1. Hmm..I found this article on regular potatoes. I wouldn't recommend adding these into your diet, but one to get ready for your race this weekend won't kill you. Over time your body will get use to the low-carb and you shouldn't feel the need to carb load before a race. http://www.marksdailyapple.com/potatoes-healthy/#axzz1tFwImrCg

    2. I'm just going to just go ahead and give myself a 0 for food today. Going with my daughters theory: I'm going to drink a Coke today because if I die tomorrow I want to do it with Coke on my lips. (She stopped drinking soda a couple months ago.)
