Day Seventeen

We're past the first two weeks, and was just curious as to how everyone is adjusting. Hopefully, your choices are getting easier and the carb flu is subsiding. What are some changes people are experiencing. Hopfully, you feel like you are making it through your workouts better, or that you just have more energy in general. (if not stop fudging your points)

...and with this nothing else needs to be said.

  1. 6. 78/102. Going to a cigar festival tomorrow. Are they paleo? I have a feeling that 3 of my points will be lost by mid day.

    Didn't exercise :(
    I substituted spinach for pasta when I went out to eat this evening and it was amazing. Iv lost about 10 pounds and feel great :) going to Baltimore tomorrow for a show so im jus going to write that off as my cheat day.. Have a good weekend everyone

  4. 0fer on food- needed a drink after sitting forever in long island traffic and only restaraunt near hotel was BBQ; it was good so 3 for the day and 91 total
